Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at titent2022@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Customers will need to pay for the prepaid shipping label.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
●A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Products cannot be returned by any unsatisfaction of style & color.
● Products cannot be returned if any damage is made artificially.
● All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact (e.g. Mug must be packed in the original mug box). Ti-Tent will not be liable for the products returned by mistake.
● Ti-Tent will not be liable for any damage made during the transportation. And the products cannot be returned.
● In circumstances where an extra, or a different product, is returned by mistake, Ti-Tent will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product, and will not be responsible for its delivery back to the user.
● Products cannot be returned by any natural flaw from the material itself.
● Surface shadow and color maybe different in a small extent due to craftsmanship. Returns policy may be unavailable under such circumstances. Please contact our customer service for details.
● Ti-Tent may not accept the case if the status descripted are inaccurate with the status of the returned products. The returned product may be returned and express fee may be charged.
● Ti-Tent Company Limited and respective merchants shall be final if there is any inconsistency or conflict.
